Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill out a form, & in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer & technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system & the Internet service providers utilized & other similar information.

FabPortraits may collect & use Users personal information for the following purposes:
- To process payments
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- To send periodic emails
We may use the email address to respond to their inquiries, questions, &/or other requests.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage & processing practices & security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information & data stored on our Site.
Sensitive & private data exchange between the Site & its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel & is encrypted & protected with digital signatures.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors & users with our business partners, trusted affiliates & advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business & the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy & terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) reserves the right to cancel a booking if the Client is not punctual & or they have not adhered to health & safety instructions & or if they are at fault for damaging equipment or Furtiture & or fixtures & fitting within the studio . The Client may be liable to FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) for the full cost of the session plus damages & loss of earnings.
Clients are permitted to cancel a photo booking up until 48 hours prior to the allotted date. If a photo shoot session is cancelled prior to the 48 hour cancellation policy then the client will be offered a refund of the booking fee or the opportunity to reschedule for a later date. Cancelling within 48hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee of £25.00 if the Makeup artist is required & booked, as our Makeup professional is freelance & travels to the studio for our clients.
Clients may cancel or re-arrange a Boudoir party up until 1 week (7 Days) of the allocated date, cancelling thereafter an agreed fee of the clients deposit will be refunded to the customer at the owners discretion.
FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) works on a no obligation promise that if you do not like the photographs then FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) will not charge you nor will you be given any photographs from the session. You simply walk away.
Clients are permitted to cancel a viewing Session up until 48 hours prior to the allotted date. Cancelling within 48hrs notice will incur a cancellation / re booking fee of £25.00. The £25.00 cancellation / re booking fee may be applied to an subsequent order at the desecration of FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk)
Complaints & Refunds
If the Client is unhappy with a product, or the service provided, then the Client should contact FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) with the complaint within 7 days from the receipt of the products detailing any issues. FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) will manage the complaint on an individual basis that will not affect the Client’s statutory rights.
FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) will determine & authorise refunds on this basis & any refund issued will be returned to the Client in a timely manner. The refund mechanism will be discussed & agreed between the Client & FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) but generally the refund will reach the Client via the mechanism the Client used initially.
FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) will not be liable for any claims for consequential loses howsoever caused.
In Person Viewings Sales Refunds
For in person viewings the client has a 24 hour cooling off period, after this time FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) will carry out works necessary to produce the clients order & proceed with the order. Once orders are deemed completed (in house) & passed to our external suppliers then no refund is offered unless the finished product is deemed faulty or does not match the customer requirements noted on the customer order form. Customers are permitted 7 days from the date of delivery to notify FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) of any such claim.
Delivery & Collection of completed works.
We treat each sale on an individual basis & the Client will be notified at the point of sale as to an estimated delivery time following the viewing . We endeavour to keep to a tight schedule making a quick turn-around time. If the Client orders a product that is produced outside of the studio then the average timeframe for receiving the product is approximately 21-28 days.
Unless stated on the customer order form the client is required to collect & inspect their completed order from the studio. Should delivery be offered, the method of delivery will be either by post or by courier (at additional cost).
FabPortraits (FabPortraits.co.uk) will notify the client once their order is ready for collection from the studio. It may be necessary to schedule an appointment to collect the finished order depending on studio commitments.
